Beschreibung

ODDO BHF is a Franco-German-Swiss financial group with roots dating back over 150 years in France and Germany, and to 1780 in Switzerland. Owned by Philippe Oddo, his family, employees, and long-term partners, the group employs 3,200 people and manages more than EUR 150 billion in client assets. Its three main business lines are private banking, asset management, and corporate and investment banking. In 2021, ODDO BHF strengthened its Swiss presence through the acquisition of Landolt & Cie SA, expanding its footprint in French-speaking Switzerland. ODDO BHF Switzerland is growing rapidly and seeks to attract top talent to contribute to the Group's continued development. Participants rotate through several departments and locations over the 18-month program. Rotation areas include: Client Development (client profiling and pitch presentation preparation), Compliance and Legal, the Target Unit (PWM Geneva), Client Solutions (covering Discretionary Portfolio Management, Advisory, and Products), and a mobility to PWM France (Paris). Participants also gain exposure to ODDO BHF's location in Germany. The program provides in-depth insights into advisory business in Private Wealth Management, supporting both professional and personal development throughout. Candidates should have graduated from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent higher education, ideally with a strong interest in Finance and Macroeconomics. A genuine interest in financial markets is essential, along with prior experience in banking or financial services. Good IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications, are required. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, a confident and proactive demeanor, and excellent communication skills are expected. The ability to respond effectively to demanding clients in a solution-oriented manner is important. Very good German and English language skills are required; knowledge of French is an advantage. The Graduate Program Private Wealth Management offers comprehensive exposure to the various facets of a leading European private bank. Over 18 months, participants gain hands-on experience in multiple specialist departments and benefit from international mobility to Germany and France. The program provides direct insight into advisory services for high-net-worth clients and supports participants in both professional and personal development. ODDO BHF is committed to equal opportunities and diversity as core values of its organisational culture.
