This paid 6-month internship is offered within the Marketing team in Meyrin, Geneva, under the guidance of the Commercial Excellence & Analytics Lead. Collaborate with Brand Leads and cross-functional teams to deliver analyses supporting commercial and marketing decision-making. Contribute to the analysis of product performance and commercial strategies across countries, regions, and product portfolios. Prepare analytical reports, insights, and presentation materials for the commercial team and senior management. Participate in and support ad hoc market research projects to generate actionable business insights. Contribute to forecasting and market potential assessments to support product launches and identify growth opportunities in strategic markets. Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track commercial and market performance indicators. Ensure the quality, consistency, and harmonization of data used for reporting and analysis. Currently pursuing a Master's program in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Life Sciences with a minor in Data Science. A mandatory 6-month internship covered by a tripartite agreement with your university is required. Background, experience, or demonstrated interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medtech environments is valued. Good understanding of data modeling and dashboard design principles, with the ability to analyze large datasets. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid expertise in Power BI; SQL and Python are considered an asset. Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage. Curious and analytical mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience in an international pharmaceutical environment with insight into how cross-functional teams collaborate for data-driven decision-making.
