Work with teammates to learn all facets of trading and assist in the operation of existing strategies. Develop expertise in relative value market fundamentals, quantitative modeling, and risk management. Build and maintain quantitative trading models, tools, and analytics. Monitor real-time execution of algorithmic trading systems. Utilize risk management and strategic thinking skills to guide trades and explore new trading opportunities. Strong understanding of finance, math, probability, and statistics. Attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure. Ability to work well in a team in a constantly changing environment. Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in a technical or industry-related field such as Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or Programming. Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, C++, or similar.
