The Zurich-based Property & Casualty team works across multiple lines of business with colleagues spread across multiple continents, collaborating with Business Intelligence and Specialty Casualty Underwriting teams. Perform detailed analyses on client financials and explore strategic needs. Develop high-quality analytics and client-related presentation materials. Collaborate with senior employees on client opportunities and market initiatives. Support underwriting teams with analysis of complex international insurance portfolios. Work closely with functional areas including Underwriting and Client & Broker Management. Contribute to the creation of client insights to derive convincing hypotheses for business generation. University degree (pending or accomplished), preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Relevant experience in (re)insurance, consulting, broking, financial advisory, or banking is valued. Solid understanding of corporate finance with exposure to financial analytics and data modelling. Highly motivated with the ability to think independently and strong creative problem-solving skills. Strong team player with an intercultural mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office; experience with VBA and SNL is an asset. Excellent English communication skills are a prerequisite; additional languages are preferred. Must be a Swiss or EU citizen or otherwise entitled to work in Switzerland. Complete applications should include grade transcripts, reference letters, and a motivation letter alongside a CV.
