The Operations Strategy and Results Delivery team sits at the heart of this transformation, working across global Operations and Finance functions to drive strategic change and deliver measurable results. As an Operations Strategy intern within the global Operations Strategy and Results Delivery team in Lausanne, you will lead the set-up of the Operations Cost/Loss Intelligence initiative, working closely with all Operations and Finance functions. You will be responsible for defining customer requirements in order to propose the right solution fitting the identified need. You will drive Proof of Concept validation with selected departments and collaborate regularly with large, cross-functional groups spanning Finance and various Operations teams. Availability from Q3 2026. Education in engineering, industrial management, finance or a related field. Good ability to manage ambiguity. Autonomous, results-oriented, motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and rigorous. Ability to interact regularly with large cross-functional groups. Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications. Strong oral and written communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Must hold valid documents authorising legal residence and work for the full duration of the internship.
