Piaget is a renowned luxury watchmaker and jeweller headquartered in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, Switzerland. The company is seeking a full-time intern to join its International Commercial Department, reporting to the Head of Retail and Partner Retail Excellence. The role offers hands-on experience contributing to key retail and commercial initiatives within a dynamic, global luxury environment. Preparing presentations for various stakeholders at HQ and in Markets using MS PowerPoint. Supporting client experience projects, including monitoring client satisfaction and engagement, assisting in the creation of in-store activations, and deploying digital tools in boutiques. Engaging in retail operations to support boutiques and subsidiaries with policies, new tools and services, and transversal projects related to After-Sales, Visual Merchandising, CRM, and Boutique openings. Leading the preparation and coordination of partner meeting bookings during Watch and Wonders 2027. Running comprehensive data analysis of Retail Metrics in MS Excel and dedicated dashboards. Supporting the Retail and Partner Retail Excellence team in preparing monthly calls with all subsidiaries and counterparts worldwide. Creating content to animate the Retail and CRM global community through various communication channels including Intranet, monthly newsletters, and SharePoint. Currently attending or having just completed a Business Master's Degree or equivalent. Minimum of two previous experiences in retail and/or wholesale, either in a boutique or a head office. Previous experience in creating engaging presentations. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, presenting results, and driving implementation. Experience with KPI dashboards and reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Google Looker; knowledge of Salesforce Service/Marketing Cloud is a plus. Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, including data analysis and visualisation of large data volumes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
