Support daily office operations and general administration. Organize, maintain, and update company records and documents. Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping. Perform accurate data entry for financial and administrative records. Support accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist in reconciling financial records and preparing reports. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications. Handle filing, scanning, and document archiving. Assist with procurement and office supply management. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial and company information.
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in both German and English is required. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently within a small international team. Must be eligible to work in Switzerland. Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
