Richemont's China Affairs & Strategy department is a dedicated unit within the Richemont Group based in Bellevue, Geneva. It serves as an intelligence desk providing strategic insight, advice, and operational support to all Richemont Maisons, while also ensuring high-level representation of Richemont towards trade and official Chinese partners. The department focuses on developing and strengthening relations between Chinese organizations, Richemont, and its Maisons. Assist the team in providing analytical insights on macro-economy and consumer markets for the Group and Maisons. Monitor Chinese domestic and overseas markets for information on Chinese travellers and local Chinese communities. Prepare accurate presentation materials to deliver research insights in a comprehensive and effective manner. Compile information for ad-hoc topics according to Richemont Group's and Maisons' requests. Support the planning, follow-up, and execution of the department's business operation projects worldwide. Help the team identify, explore, and establish contact with prospective business partners and clients for the Maisons. Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing business partners and Richemont Maisons. Student with a convention de stage. 1–2 years of work experience in project management, market research, or business development. Good knowledge of macro/micro-economy and geopolitics, as well as the luxury industry. Impeccable analytical skills for editorial and research purposes. Proven capability to handle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex issues and balance multiple interlocutors and projects. Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory; fluency in French is a plus. Prior experience in the luxury sector or high-net-worth audience-facing businesses is a plus.
