Richemont is a leading luxury goods group headquartered in Switzerland, with its Finance team based in Villars-sur-Glâne, Fribourg. The FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Intern role sits within the Finance function and contributes to the development of business strategies, financial reporting, and economic research activities. Conduct feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to contribute to the development and continuous review of business cases. Produce accurate reports by collecting data from various standard sources and inputting it into standard formats. Perform designated economic research activities using existing systems and protocols, either to support others or to deliver prescribed outcomes for part of a research program. Provide basic financial modeling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support business growth. Extract and combine data to generate standard reports and use data management systems to access specific information as needed. Assist in developing and delivering financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and good financial practices. Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures, referring the most complex issues to others. Develop capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Provide information and clarification on existing procedures, processes, and precedents. Post-secondary non-tertiary education required. Basic experience with simple office and operational systems. Ability to interpret financial results and contribute to business strategy development. Strong data collection, reporting, and financial modeling foundational skills.
