Richemont is a leading luxury goods group headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. The Group Sustainability team is responsible for the consolidation and integration of Richemont's Non-Financial Reporting Framework, built on Swiss Non-Financial Reporting requirements. The Sustainability Transformation team oversees this framework and supports the continuous improvement of the Group Sustainability Framework in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape driven by a growing number of non-financial reporting requirements. The Sustainability Transformation Analyst Intern will play a key role in: providing assistance in the continuous improvement of the Richemont Non-Financial Reporting Framework, ensuring alignment with GRI and other relevant standards; supporting the ESRS gap assessment and the formalisation of improvement plans; supporting the critical review of GRI disclosures and the ongoing update of required documentation (e.g. GRI Index, Basis of Preparation); supporting the critical review of regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD), including benchmark analysis; collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting; collecting and analysing non-financial information and conducting data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of non-financial reporting; contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools, including digital solutions. Master's degree in Sustainability, Economics, or a related field. Previous first experience in corporate sustainability preferred. Knowledge of GRI, CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset. Fluent in English (required); good knowledge of French (preferred). Proactive, flexible, with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Good command of Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience working in multi-stakeholder initiatives, whether at university or elsewhere. A first experience within the luxury industry is an asset. The intern will join Richemont's Group Sustainability team in Bellevue, Geneva, gaining hands-on experience in non-financial reporting and sustainability transformation. The role offers exposure to a fast-moving regulatory environment, cross-functional collaboration across a global luxury group, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements in sustainability reporting processes and digital tools.
