Group Supply Chain Solutions acts as an internal consulting branch, supporting Maisons in their supply chain transformation ambitions. The team fosters Supply Chain transformation to strengthen the competitive advantage of Richemont's Maisons, operating within a strong manufacturing ecosystem and working closely with internal manufactures. The offices are located in Bellevue, Geneva, close to the Swiss countryside, with on-site dining and easy access to local transport. Promote analytics and reporting tools by creating, improving, and maintaining upstream analytics and reporting tools, and supporting Maisons in leveraging implemented tools. Contribute to ongoing projects by preparing and animating workshops, running ad-hoc analyses to bring data-based insights to the team, and formalising outputs of analyses and workshops to prepare steering committees. Support upstream growth and structuring by co-designing and building a methodological kit of best practices, building user guides for in-house tools, and creating communication materials to promote initiatives internally. Currently enrolled in the last year of a Master's degree or equivalent. Background in engineering with industrial supply chain experience or knowledge. Strong organisational and communication skills. Appetite for data analytics combined with solid analytical skills. Solid dashboard and visualisation tool skills, particularly PowerBI. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
