The Zurich office is part of this global network and home to the Swiss HR team supporting the Wealth Management division. Help with all activities along the employee lifecycle, including coordinating interviews, onboarding, employee transfers, contractual changes and offboarding. Write general correspondence such as work certificates, confirmations and training agreements. Manage work permit requests and track temporary employees and visitors from abroad, including follow-up with authorities (Meldeverfahren, 120-day work permits). Provide general administrative support, including updating Org Charts and HR Intranet sites, processing the HR shared mailbox, handling invoices and organising the Welcome Day. Collaborate with HR Business Partners in Zurich and Geneva on various tasks across all departments in the Wealth Management division. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics. Support ad-hoc projects in close collaboration with the team. Currently enrolled as a student in business administration or a similar field. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. Genuine passion for HR and a care for people, teams and their HR-related questions. Fluent communication skills in both English and German (written and spoken). Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability. A first working experience is a plus. A 9 to 12 month internship within the Swiss HR team of a prestigious, globally recognised financial advisory firm, based in Zurich. The role provides first-hand work experience in Human Resources within a multinational environment, with own tasks and responsibilities alongside ongoing administrative support.
