The Knowledge Management Trainee role involves working with Global Support TA&A (Talent Acquisition & Assessment) management and the TA&A community to define, maintain, and promote a structured knowledge management framework in a dynamic environment with offices overlooking Lake Zurich.
Define and maintain the TA&A knowledge management strategy aligned with objectives and transformation initiatives. Identify, structure, and document key TA&A knowledge assets including processes, procedures, guidelines, controls, methodologies, FAQs, and lessons learned. Maintain a centralized and coherent knowledge repository with version control and easy access. Work with TA&A community, System & Process, PMO, IT, and business experts to capture implicit and explicit knowledge. Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and adapted to different audiences. Support onboarding and training initiatives. Promote knowledge sharing culture through standards and best practices. Update knowledge following process changes, system releases, regulatory evolutions, or organizational changes. Monitor knowledge usage and relevance. Support audits, controls, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with project teams to capture lessons learned and key deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Master Administration economic & social, option: Social and economic Development or equivalent experience). Experience in finance, insurance, reinsurance, accounting, or regulated industry is an asset. Strong experience in structuring documentation, standards, and repositories. Experience with cross-functional and international teams. Familiarity with process documentation, controls, and operational frameworks. Swiss or EU citizenship, or valid work permit required.
