Siegfried is a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) founded in 1873 in Zofingen, Switzerland. With a network of 16 sites across three continents and a team of more than 4,200 professionals, Siegfried partners with the pharmaceutical industry to take drug innovations to industrial scale. As a fully integrated CDMO, it covers both API development and finished dosage form manufacturing under one roof, upholding the highest standards in safety, quality, and sustainability. Support the design of data analytics models and development of management dashboards. Support the creation of presentations and reports for different management audiences. Support the development of customer and product segmentation databases. Contribute to the implementation of top- and bottom-line value drivers to drive profitability of the Siegfried business. Learn how different company functions work together to create value for Siegfried and its global customers. Currently enrolled in Master Studies in Business Administration, Finance, Business Engineering, Business Chemistry, or Business Informatics. Fluent in English. General understanding of end-to-end business processes in process industries, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or chemical manufacturing. Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience in data analytics and data visualization applications is a plus. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial and proactive spirit. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Systematic and detail-oriented. Ability to simplify complex topics. Can-do attitude and team player. An exciting internship opportunity within the Commercial Excellence team at Siegfried's site in Zofingen, Aargau. Flexible engagement model: minimum 3 months full-time or approximately 2 days per week over 6 to 12 months.
