StepStone Private Debt (SPD) is a global private debt investor with over $71B in AUM/AUA, covering the full breadth of the private debt market through primary, secondary, and co-investment strategies. SPD focuses on performing and non-performing debt across corporate, real estate, and infrastructure sectors, and operates as a subsidiary of StepStone Group, which specialises in Private Equity, Infrastructure, Private Credit, and Real Estate. Support client service tasks with the aim of improving efficiency through AI integration and automation. Support customer-oriented analysis, reporting, and monitoring activities. Assist in the optimisation and development of marketing documents. Interact and collaborate with senior professionals across various teams including research and investment, legal and compliance, monitoring and reporting, and sales. Help present private debt service offerings and investment products to institutional investors. Fulfil client requests as needed. Additional tasks to be determined. Currently pursuing or recently obtained a Master's degree in quantitative finance or a similar field. Must be able to work full-time for at least 6 months in the Zurich office, starting in summer 2026. Solid understanding of investments and private markets. Strong project management and writing skills. Understanding of business development and capital raising processes is desired. Experience with AI integration, large language models (e.g. Copilot), and prompt engineering is a plus. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Strong multitasking, time management, and cross-functional analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint. Acute attention to accuracy and detail.
