Stiftung GFZ (Gemeinnützige Frauen Zürich) is the leading non-profit organisation for supplementary family childcare in the city of Zurich. The head office is located at Zeltweg 21, 8032 Zurich. The organisation operates independently and is committed to supporting children and families through a range of childcare services.
You support the care and maintenance of the organisation's properties and help ensure that buildings and facilities are managed efficiently and sustainably. You actively participate in ongoing renovation projects, assisting with planning, coordination, documentation and implementation of individual project tasks, and collaborate with internal and external partners. You develop and update cleaning, disposal, safety and nutrition concepts, analyse existing processes and develop practical and sustainable solutions.
You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in the fields of facility management, real estate, construction, architecture, business administration or a comparable discipline. You work in a structured, responsible and independent manner. You enjoy developing concepts, supporting projects and further developing processes. You are committed, reliable and enjoy working in a team. You demonstrate initiative, organisational talent and a solution-oriented mindset. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and quickly familiarise yourself with new programmes. Fixed attendance on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays is required regardless of the agreed workload (20–50%).
The role offers a contribution to public transport costs, opportunities for further training, occupational health management and progressive social benefits. The position is based at the head office in Zurich and provides a dynamic and exciting working environment with the opportunity to indirectly promote the development of children. The workload is flexible between 20% and 50%.
