Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is one of Switzerland's leading airlines, connecting Switzerland with the world. The Taxation team sits at the intersection of accounting, law and finance, ensuring compliance with complex Swiss and international tax regulations. The team handles Corporate tax, VAT, Customs and monitors ongoing developments in tax law. As an intern in Taxation at SWISS, you will support the team in daily business and independently conduct smaller projects. Your responsibilities include: researching and answering tax-related queries to get familiar with various Swiss tax regulations; supporting tax compliance tasks, mainly in the areas of Corporate tax, VAT and Customs; monitoring changes in tax laws and communicating their implications to the team; conducting individually assigned small tax projects from planning through to implementation; and helping with the preparation and organisation of team meetings or similar events. Candidates must have or be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or a similar education, in law, business administration or economics, preferably with a specialisation in taxation. The role requires the ability to drive new topics independently, strong analytical skills, an open, agile and flexible working style, very good spoken and written German and English, as well as IT affinity and very good MS Office skills. SWISS offers a flexible internship of 3 to 12 months with a workload of 40–100%, starting 1 October 2026 (flexible).
