Digital Marketing Product Intern (6month contract)

They support a mix of domestic eCommerce businesses and global multinationals across multiple markets. Since launching in the UK in 2007, they have expanded into France, Spain, Brazil, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Portugal, building long-standing client relationships and deep expertise across their sectors. Their office is located 3 minutes from Nyon train station and city centre. Manage website content through a CMS platform. Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at increasing product usage. Get trained and use the email marketing automation tool for various initiatives. Audit and test product websites to identify and solve bugs and issues. Document processes and updates. Liaise internally to schedule fixes and new requirements for websites or projects. Benchmark to ensure the quality of the product is valuable and competitive. Suggest improvements on website usability and user experience. Participate in the reporting and monitoring of marketing campaigns. Marketing certification (ongoing or recently achieved) at HES, Master, Bachelor, or CFC level. Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); Spanish is a plus. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Interest in and enthusiasm for technology; internet and digitally savvy. Good organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail. Self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to quickly shift priorities to help resolve high-level business needs. Creative mindset always looking to improve customer experience. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Must be a Swiss national or holder of a valid Swiss work permit.
