The Staffing Guild is an HR Consulting firm operating in the UK and India, specialising in Workplace Consulting, Recruitment, and Learning & Development. The company is building a global platform of trainers, recruiters, coaches, and consultants to provide sustainable consulting solutions to local businesses and connect them with local talent, helping to address a global talent shortage. Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews. Post and manage job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required by the team. Engage with the global Talent Community to learn and conduct recruitment and headhunting. Interest in or exposure to HR, Recruitment, or Learning & Development. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. A learning mindset and willingness to develop freelance recruiting skills. Availability of 6 to 10 work hours per week. Hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding processes. Opportunity to work in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
