TotalEnergies Gas & Power (TGP) is a major energy trading organisation whose trading activity accounts for almost 90% of Gas and Power's revenue, representing over £10 billion per annum of delivered natural gas, LNG, power, coal and emissions. The Credit Analysis team is responsible for the day-to-day management of counterpart portfolio risk in the Gas and Power sectors, handling over 1,000 counterparties representing billions of US dollars in credit lines. Assist the credit team with its operational activities, including reviewing and establishing credit limits on counterparties in the Gas/LNG and Power portfolio. Perform credit risk analysis and prepare credit risk summaries with recommendations on credit limits, terms and risk mitigation measures. Support the credit team with daily requests from commercial and other internal teams. Report to the Portfolio & Credit Analytics Manager. Currently pursuing a Finance Master's degree and enrolled in the final year. Previous experience in a finance or commodity-trading organisation is a plus. Strong English verbal and written communication skills; French is a plus. Familiarity with financial and macroeconomic analysis techniques. Good communication skills, a can-do attitude, genuine team spirit, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-evolving environment. A tripartite agreement (convention de stage) is mandatory. The intern will join a dynamic and international credit team within TotalEnergies Gas & Power in Geneva, gaining hands-on exposure to credit risk management in the energy trading sector.
