The Global Financial Intermediaries (FIM) team Key Deutschschweiz in Zurich passionately serves large external asset managers located in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, with the goal of being the partner bank of choice in the Swiss financial market. The team places great value on efficient and consistently competent service. Work closely with a client advisor and together support a demanding client portfolio. Support client advisors in their daily business, including administrative and service-oriented tasks. Maintain telephone and personal contact with clients and handle specific client orders and inquiries, such as preparing account opening documents, processing fiduciary and fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions, payment orders, and account closures. Coordinate maturities and pending tasks, make changes to client master data when necessary, and independently carry out various clarification and control tasks. Act as the central point of contact between the client, back office, and various specialist departments, getting to know and applying the broad product range of Global Wealth Management. Candidates must have completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months, hold a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system, and be fluent in German with a good command of English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in common MS Office and IT tools is required. The ideal candidate is reliable with strong organisational skills and a structured way of working, able to set priorities and coordinate tasks efficiently, capable of working independently and taking responsibility, remaining calm under pressure, and is a team player with quick comprehension and good communication skills. All majors are welcome, but an interest in the financial industry is essential.
