The 2026 Global Financial Intermediaries (FIM) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland offers ambitious recent graduates the opportunity to join the Client Services Financial Intermediaries team in Zurich, which provides integrated financial solutions to independent financial advisors and multifamily offices in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Participants will gain insight and work on projects with multiple stakeholders across the business, analyze complex situations and present findings in a clear and understandable way, and learn about the different products and services UBS offers to help clients execute their investment strategies. The role is embedded within the Client Services Financial Intermediaries team Switzerland, focusing on lending, investing and borrowing solutions for independent financial advisors and multifamily offices. Candidates must have completed a bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months, hold a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss grading system, and demonstrate values that align with UBS — being hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative. A strategic mindset with strong communication skills is required, along with the motivation to work in a high-demand environment with tight deadlines. Excellent proficiency in both German and English is essential. All academic majors are welcome, provided the candidate has a genuine interest in the financial industry.
