The role sits within the Global Financial Intermediaries (Global FIM) Pricing team in Zurich, which is responsible for the design and coordination of all pricing topics in the Global FIM business with external asset managers in Switzerland, Europe and Asia. Gain insight and work on projects with multiple stakeholders across the business to increase efficiency for regular analysis and reporting processes. Support and participate in the development of a strategic application to manage the pricing process within Global Financial Intermediaries. Help generate process documentations and user guides for the pricing applications and processes. Be involved in continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives in the pricing space. Completion of at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree). Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system. Excellent German and English language skills. Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative with values aligned to UBS. Strategic thinker with strong communication skills. Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and pay attention to detail. All majors are welcome; an interest in the financial industry is important.
