This role sits within Group Technology at UBS in Zurich, focused on shaping user experience and making digital banking easy to use and understand. The position is part of the 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program and targets ambitious students interested in finance, technology, and language. Translate content from English and German into French, crafting clear, natural and genuinely human user experiences with support from the team. Help shape a consistent voice, tone and terminology across digital products, ensuring a seamless experience for users. Develop and manage the multilingual terminology database, collaborating with team members to ensure accurate, up-to-date and consistent terminology across languages. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of UX writers, localization professionals, designers, engineers and business stakeholders. Explore and leverage CAT tools, AI tools and new technologies especially to support terminology extraction and validation. The role focuses primarily on translation (around 50%) and terminology management (around 40%), complemented by work involving language tools, technology, and innovation initiatives. Candidates should be ambitious students with an interest in finance, digital banking, and user experience. French language expertise is required, with the ability to translate from English and German into French. Familiarity with CAT tools, AI tools, and localization technologies is beneficial.
