2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within the Agile Delivery Organization Stream at UBS in Zurich. The role involves supporting senior project and product managers in their daily work on client-facing digital products and solutions. Support senior project and product managers in their daily work. Collaborate with the product team including senior stakeholders in various stages of product development, from ideation to launch. Compare products and new ideas against competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Develop analysis on product performance, user behavior, and market trends to support decision-making. Participate in testing new features and products, identify bugs, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Create a broad and deep internal and external network of partners and Subject Matter Experts. Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree). Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to Swiss grading system. Strong communication skills and strategic thinking ability. Excellent English skills, German is a plus. Values alignment: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative.
