2026 Off-cycle Internship – Communications Specialist – Zurich

UBS is a leading global financial institution with a truly global footprint. This internship is based in Zurich and sits within the Group Internal Communications team, which is part of Group Corporate Communications. The 2026 Internship Program offers early-career candidates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal communications at one of the world's foremost banks. Develop content for news articles, intranet pages, newsletters, videos, blog posts and other communication materials for employees across the firm, including editing and writing in English and/or German. Identify story ideas and key messages on a wide range of topics. Handle a small portfolio of projects such as webpage redesigns, communication campaigns, the development of guidelines and the review of intranet-related statistics. Support the organisation and logistics of events such as townhalls and leadership events. Collaborate across the Group Internal Communications team and with other partners in the firm. Provide guidance to stakeholders about UBS's corporate design and tone of voice guidelines. Strong team player with an interest in finance and internal communications. Ability to write and edit content in English and/or German. Organised and capable of managing a small portfolio of projects simultaneously. Comfortable collaborating with various partners and stakeholders across a large global organisation. Interest in corporate communications, content creation and event logistics.
