The Investment Banking Business Management team within Global Markets is responsible for managing processes for performance, control and efficiency, collaborating across the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Asset Management to enhance front-to-back delivery while standardizing and simplifying processes and infrastructure. Work together with the global trading and sales desk including desk heads on various topics such as new product initiatives, front-to-back controls, ad-hoc surveys and trade data analysis. Collaborate with global Business Managers across Zurich, London, New York and Singapore to support key IB regulatory controls and assist with various day-to-day tasks. Support sales and trading teams by interfacing with front-to-back functions including IT, Finance, Compliance and Operations. Handle ad-hoc projects aimed at increasing efficiency for regulatory analysis, reporting processes and controls. Candidates must have completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree), preferably with a focus in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. Excellent English (written and oral) is required. Prior experience or an internship in banking or a similar field is expected. An interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products is essential. Candidates should be hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative, strategic thinkers with strong communication skills, and motivated to work in a high-demand environment with tight deadlines.
