Urban Connect is a Swiss mobility platform company based in Schlieren, Zurich, that builds and operates a fully integrated mobility solution for businesses. Their offering spans fully serviced shared corporate e-bikes and car fleets, smart parking and EV charging operating systems, all connected through a single user application and admin portal. They work with some of Switzerland's largest companies and real estate operators and are growing rapidly. Support the onboarding of new enterprise customers by helping coordinate vehicle deliveries, app rollouts, and internal communication in close collaboration with the Operations team. Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client requirements, including responding to requests, preparing materials, and coordinating with internal teams such as Operations, Tech, and Support. Prepare customer usage reports, analyse data, and identify patterns related to performance, optimisation opportunities, and potential upselling or expansion. Maintain up-to-date client knowledge across the customer portfolio, tracking usage patterns, contract details, and open requests. Support and progressively lead customer training sessions. Keep customers informed about new features, products, and platform capabilities. Maintain all customer activities and interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot). Track account management KPIs including customer satisfaction, usage trends, renewal timelines, and expansion metrics. Provide occasional support at commercial events, customer live launches, and cross-department initiatives. Completed higher education, ideally a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree and initial working experience are a strong plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enjoyment of working with customers and building relationships. Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable approach to task ownership. Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort engaging different stakeholder levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, numbers, and usage reports. Proficiency with digital tools including CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel. Self-starter attitude suited to a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. Nice to have: previous internship or work experience in account management, customer success, sales, or consulting; experience with CRM tools or Figma; fluency in Swiss German, French, and/or Italian.
