This 12-month internship is based in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, and sits within the Supply Chain and Operations function as part of a broader business data transformation initiative. Support and enhance Power BI and Looker dashboards, transforming complex data into actionable insights. Manage data to identify trends, anomalies, and risks through multiple operational metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, manage expectations, and deliver quality solutions aligned with the analytical roadmap and strategic objectives. Maintain rigorous standards for data accuracy and integrity, implement data validation, document reporting logic, and adhere to internal policies. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvement opportunities through data analysis, and develop strategies to optimise operations, reduce costs and enhance efficiency. Effectively communicate complex insights to diverse audiences through visualisations and clear narratives to enable informed, data-driven decision-making. Master's degree in Data, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or equivalent experience. Good understanding of reporting and analytics processes with a focus on Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operations. Proficiency in advanced analytics tools including Power BI, Looker, SQL, data modelling, BigQuery, and knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems; strong hands-on Power BI and/or Looker delivery experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Positive attitude and growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
