valuemize is an early-stage, fast-growing B2B software startup based in Zurich building the software backbone for Europe's manufacturing future. The company is creating a new category called Lifecycle Cost Intelligence, positioned between ERP and PLM systems, to help industrial manufacturers make smarter, faster, and more profitable product decisions. Backed by former McKinsey executives, Mercedes-Benz veterans, and serial founders, valuemize recently closed a funding round and is on a mission to eliminate the reliance on spreadsheets for product cost decisions before production starts. Work side-by-side with the founding team on projects across operations, customer development, marketing, and strategy. Collaborate with the CEO to define short-term and long-term growth priorities. Analyze market data and customer feedback to support company growth. Prepare materials for fundraising and investor/partner relations. Execute marketing campaigns, create content, and track performance to generate demand and highlight customer success stories. Engage with C-level executives at prospective customers and contribute to pricing model development. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field. Prior experience in consulting, startups, business development, sales, or marketing is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, initiative, and resilience.
