The EMEA Internship Program is a 12-month structured journey designed to develop emerging talent through hands-on experience, skill-building workshops, networking with senior leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across international teams. As Go To Market & Sample Management Intern within the Vans EMEA Go-To-Market department, you will: own the end-to-end lifecycle of seasonal sample product ranges across the EMEA region; support the SMS Supervisor in ordering samples within budget and time targets; contribute to delivering all products on time versus the Sales Campaign schedule; manage and monitor all shipments to ensure products are delivered to sales destinations (showrooms, agents, sales reps, and regional distributors); communicate daily shipping details and tracking information to showrooms, agents, and representatives; and support the Go To Market team in all related events and retail activities at the Vans HQ Store. Candidates must be graduating after November 1st, 2026, or hold student status as of February 1st, 2027. EU or EEA citizenship is required. Required skills and competencies include: ability to prioritise tasks according to the Go To Market Calendar; capability to handle multiple tasks during peak season; understanding of the full product lifecycle within a season; mandatory expertise in Microsoft Excel; a keen interest in retail (setup and support); and fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Interns will receive a gross monthly salary of 1,850 CHF and gain structured professional development including dedicated skill-building workshops, an internal consulting group project, and one day of in-store work experience.
