Wall Street Oasis (WSO) is a leading finance career community running the WSO Global Talent Program, a highly selective virtual internship offered in partnership with boutique investment banks across key markets including the US, UK, APAC, Europe, and MENA. Only two interns are selected per quarter per geographic region, ensuring a focused and high-impact experience for participants. During weeks 1-2, interns undergo intensive virtual financial training covering 3-Statement Financial Modeling, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analysis, Trading Comparables (Comps), Precedent Transactions, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques, and Industry Research and Sourcing Strategies. From weeks 3-10, interns work directly with a Managing Director or Partner at a boutique investment bank partner on live projects, including Pitch Book Development, Valuation Analysis (Comps and DCFs), Financial Modeling, Sourcing and Due Diligence, Industry and Company Research, and other critical tasks supporting ongoing deals. Ideal candidates are highly motivated 1st or 2nd year university students eager to gain a head start in investment banking. Candidates should be quick learners, hungry for success, and committed to excelling in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must complete a short assessment as part of the selection process. This is an unpaid internship. An immersive 10-week virtual internship providing rigorous financial training led by industry experts, direct exposure to real investment banking work on live deals, and structured mentorship including a minimum of one 30-minute weekly call with partner firm professionals for deliverables, feedback, and guidance. The program offers a significant resume boost and practical experience in core investment banking skills. This is an unpaid internship designed for high-potential students seeking to build a compelling CV and gain an unparalleled edge in their finance career.
