The company provides comprehensive services in valuation, consulting, software, sustainability, data & analytics and education. Conducting real estate valuations and profitability analyses. Supporting real estate project developments and architectural competitions. Preparing location, market and property analyses. Performing research, on-site property assessments, and developing strategic concepts. Assisting with project administration, coordination, report and presentation preparation in close collaboration with partners and project team. Completed bachelor's degree and/or currently enrolled in a master's program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Interest in economic issues, urban/project development, and sustainability. Strategic and creative thinker with affinity for numbers and data. Strong proficiency in MS Office with excellent communication skills. Native French speaker with business-fluent English (spoken and written); German skills a plus. Digital affinity required.
