Support optimization and redesign of processes and advise on ESG topics. Analyze regulatory requirements with focus on sustainable finance, financial crime and digitalization. Shape transformation of clients through development and optimization of bank management and reporting processes. Contribute to design of investment strategies and strategic asset allocations. Work in teams to develop innovative solutions and potentially write articles and studies.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics (business studies, political economics, business administration) or natural sciences (mathematics, physics). First experience through internship, consulting role, work in finance and insurance industry, or apprenticeship/integrated-degree program in banking and insurance. Excellent German language skills (C1 level, business-fluent proficiency). Good English language skills (B2 level, fluent). Strong analytical and communication skills with enthusiasm for solving complex problems.
