Explore the needs of banks and insurance companies as a consultant intern. Contribute ideas to the transformation of the financial industry including digitalization, agile work, artificial intelligence, financial and risk management, sustainability/ESG, customer journey optimization, and modern IT architectures. Take on own tasks, jointly model new solution approaches, and present results to clients with the team. Support the team in developing new ideas and driving change forward.
Pursuing a degree from the 4th Bachelor semester or currently in a Master's program. Ideally some practical experience in consulting or in the financial industry. Excellent German language skills (C1 level, business fluent) and good English skills (B2 level, fluent) in spoken and written form. Responsible, committed, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work reliably, understand quickly, and tackle complex problems.
