AlpVera Corporate GmbH is a growing corporate services and fiduciary company based in Zurich. The firm supports Swiss and international businesses with company administration, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, corporate governance, and day-to-day business operations. The team works with companies across a wide range of industries, helping entrepreneurs establish and manage their businesses in Switzerland.
During the internship, the intern will assist with a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including: preparing and organizing corporate documents; assisting with bookkeeping and invoice processing; maintaining digital client files and internal records; assisting with payroll and HR administration; communicating with clients and external partners; and supporting the team with general office administration and ongoing projects.
Fluent German and English (spoken and written) is a mandatory requirement. A valid driver's licence is required. Studying towards or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field is an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Organised, reliable and eager to learn. Comfortable working with confidential information. Able to work on-site at the Zurich office.
Practical experience in a professional Swiss corporate services firm with direct involvement in real client work. Mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to accounting, company administration, HR and corporate governance. Modern office in central Zurich with flexible working hours. Opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the internship. Paid internship (compensation discussed during the recruitment process).
