Ardian is a leading private investment house. Its Zurich office employs more than 40 people across investment, investor relations and further teams, and is located at Bahnhofstrasse, next to Paradeplatz. The Swiss Investor Relations team is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships with Swiss investors, and forms part of Ardian's global Investor Relations team of 160+ professionals. Supporting Ardian's Investor Relations professionals in developing and maintaining client relationships and fundraising activities in Switzerland. Coordinating fundraising materials within the Ardian group (e.g., with product and investment teams). Conducting market intelligence and research on the Swiss investor landscape. Organising and preparing events and other PR activities. Tailoring materials to produce convincing, top-quality client presentations. Handling administrative tasks such as client documentation and management reporting. Taking ownership of value-add projects and initiatives. Final-year university student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Finance or a related field. Relevant work or internship experience in financial services, consulting, marketing or a related field. Client-oriented approach and high quality standards. Keen interest in private markets. Ability to create convincing content; data visualisation skills are a plus. Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills. Reliable team player with strong interpersonal competencies. Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent skills in German and English (verbal and written); French skills are a strong plus. Must be domiciled and eligible to work in Switzerland. An integral role within Ardian's Investor Relations team in Switzerland, working directly with relationship managers for Swiss investors.
