The Business Analyst role sits within the Service and Enterprise Solutions organization and is positioned as an excellent entry point for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in digital assets, financial services transformation, and enterprise blockchain solutions. Gather and document business requirements from banking and financial services clients. Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements elicitation sessions. Map and document business processes related to digital assets, payments, and financial services. Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and test case development. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. Document solution designs, data flows, and system integration requirements. Assist with change management and end-user training initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 0-2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst (internships in banking, fintech, or consulting count). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences. Proficiency with requirements documentation tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Confluence, or similar. Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Eagerness to learn about blockchain technology and financial services. French and English required; Swiss German, German, and/or Italian a plus. Location: Switzerland, with focus on Geneva and Zurich. Preferred: Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital assets; exposure to process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN); familiarity with financial services operations (payments, custody, trading, settlements); knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools; understanding of agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence); awareness of regulatory requirements in financial services (AML/KYC, MiCA); business analysis certification (ECBA, CCBA, or similar) or willingness to pursue. The role offers close collaboration with banking and institutional clients, as well as cross-functional work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams.
