Internship in Global Trade Solutions (GTS) (6 months, starting in July / August 2026)

BNP Paribas Global Trade Solutions (GTS) is a key pillar of Transaction Banking within CIB. GTS is a global network of over 300 experts providing tailored trade finance and working capital management solutions. As an international leader, GTS optimizes, secures, and finances international trade transactions with traditional trade products and services including trade-related guarantees, letters of credit, receivable discounting, supplier financing, and inventory management. Participate in elaboration of traditional trade transactions, working with Marketers on elaboration and review of pitches and RFI/RFPs. Craft memos and business green-lights requests, including assessment of profitability metrics and pricing models. Support the team with business management and project management initiatives including preparation of ad-hoc reporting, follow-ups, tracking sheets, and minuting. Participate in internal meetings with Marketers and Coverage Officers to establish client development road maps. Participate in operational aspects of new transactions. Join the digital community to spread best practices in trade finance digitization and help trade managers pitch/onboard clients on digital channels. Support organization of client events. Bachelor degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, or equivalent; enrolled in a Master programme. Strong interest in International Trade. Strong written and oral communication skills; fluency in English, French, and/or German is an advantage. Positive mindset, well organized, keen to work in an international environment. Eager to learn, fast learner, analytical and critical thinker. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote). Ability to collaborate and work in teams. Ability to meet deadlines and be results-driven. Reliable, adaptable, client-focused, with strong communication and organizational skills. 6-month internship in Geneva, Switzerland.
