Internship - Strategy and Transformation Associate Consultant - Life Science

The Life Sciences team at Capgemini Invent is dedicated to helping Pharma and MedTech organisations break through barriers to deliver better patient outcomes, combining strategy, science, digital transformation, and human insight. The team partners with clients from strategy through to implementation across 40+ countries. Assist with the development and implementation of data management and governance frameworks in the Life Science industry. Develop storylines that effectively communicate complex data analysis to non-technical audiences. Collaborate with the team to develop compelling data visualisations and create effective and engaging client presentations. Work closely with data scientists and data analysts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality, including data analysis, processing, and cleaning tasks. Continuously evaluate and improve presentation and storyline effectiveness based on client feedback. Assist with facilitating workshops and leading discussions with stakeholders. Participate actively in business development activities within the team. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in a life science field, ideally in a quantitative or computational subfield. Excellent communicator with outstanding presentation and moderation skills, able to convey complex problems and solutions to diverse audiences. Excellent command of written and spoken English; C1 level proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage. Scientifically rigorous thinking and precise language, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with critical and creative thinking. Good understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, systems architecture, and data flows. Strong digital literacy and very good MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Programming skills in Python and/or R and familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI are beneficial. Previous experience in consulting or the life science industry is beneficial. High reliability, team spirit, international orientation, openness to travel, and integrity. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
