The Client Operations & Finance Analyst (Junior) role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and customer success, acting as a critical link between customers, commercial teams, contracts, and financial operations.
Own client onboarding and finance support by coordinating the end-to-end finance onboarding journey for new customers from contract signature through to activation. Manage monthly invoicing cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous process improvement. Extract, analyse, and interpret contract and commercial data to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making. Manage large volumes of contract information with exceptional attention to detail. Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure smooth commercial processes and resolve client requests. Collaborate daily with colleagues and customers across multiple countries to help scale operations in a fast-moving international environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships or graduate roles. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence handling large datasets. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable working in an environment where not every process is fully defined. Ability to structure information, identify patterns, and improve ways of working. German, French, or Italian language skills are a strong plus. Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external clients.
