Its Human Resources People eXperience and Engagement (HR-PXE) team is responsible for shaping the employee journey at CERN, supporting a diverse community of students, graduates, and staff across a dynamic and evolving environment. The team designs and delivers tailored HR support, services, and policies. Ensure efficient, friendly, and reliable administration and communication for various HR processes and queries, supporting HR professionals and their client departments. Inform and advise student and graduate populations throughout their experience at CERN on topics such as regulations, integration, and processes. Deliver engaging presentations on HR topics to a variety of audiences, both within and beyond the group. Manage the swift administration of contractual actions for several staff populations. Applicants must be nationals of a CERN Member or Associate Member State. By the application deadline, candidates must have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field, with a general secondary education diploma as their highest qualification. Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD holders are not eligible. Candidates must never have held a CERN fellow or graduate contract before. Required skills include experience with discretion and confidentiality, interest or experience in delivering presentations and customer service roles, effective written and oral communication, teamwork, MS Office proficiency, and spoken and written English with a commitment to learn French. A monthly stipend of CHF 4,687 (tax free). 30 days of paid leave per year plus 2 weeks of annual closure.
