The Human Resources People eXperience and Engagement (PXE) team is a group of HR Coordinators and HR Advisors dedicated to shaping the employee journey at CERN, supporting a diverse community of students, graduates, and staff in a dynamic and evolving environment. Ensure efficient, friendly, and reliable administration and communication for various HR processes and queries, supporting HR professionals and their client departments. Inform and advise student and graduate populations throughout their experience at CERN on topics such as regulations, integration, and processes. Deliver engaging presentations on HR topics to a variety of audiences, both within and beyond the group. Master the swift administration of contractual actions for several populations. Applicants must be nationals of a CERN Member or Associate Member State. By the application deadline, candidates must have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field, and their highest educational qualification must be a general secondary education diploma. Applicants with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree are not eligible. Candidates must never have held a CERN fellow or graduate contract before. Required skills include effective written and oral communication adaptable to different audiences, ability to work in teams and promote a positive atmosphere, discretion and accountability, ability to deliver high-quality work on time, a proactive attitude, MS Office proficiency, and presentation crafting and delivery skills. Spoken and written English is required, with a commitment to learn French. Experience with discretion and confidentiality, delivering presentations, and customer service roles is expected. A monthly stipend of 4,687 Swiss Francs per month (tax free). 30 days of paid leave per year plus 2 weeks annual closure. Coverage by CERN's comprehensive health insurance scheme (for the employee, spouse, and children) and membership of the CERN Pension Fund. Family, child, and infant monthly allowances depending on individual circumstances. A relocation package (installation grant and travel expenses) depending on individual circumstances. Contract duration of 24 months with a possible extension up to 36 months. On-the-job and formal training including language classes. Hybrid working arrangement with 40 hours per week. The role falls within the Support Services field of work (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement).
