The Financial Controlling team supports the group's financial performance monitoring across its global subsidiaries, retail operations, and luxury divisions. Monitor financial performances and provide recommendations in case of major deviations versus agreed financial targets. Manage the yearly subsidiaries budget cycle and conduct monthly and yearly performance reviews versus targets. Structure and manage the financial reporting cycle, consolidate financial information, and deliver relevant key performance indicators. Monitor the Retail construction and renovation budget as well as operational marketing expenses versus budgets. Provide financial support to the High Jewellery division. Prepare financial projections for new boutique projects and provide recommendations. Contribute to the implementation of new data solutions (Business Intelligence) and to process improvements. Maintain the Group Pricing Strategy by preparing reports, providing prices, conducting benchmarks, and contributing to price adjustment cycles. Communicate and provide direction and support to operations to improve financial performance. Fluent French and English required. University degree in Business with a major in Corporate Finance; exposure to a luxury environment is a plus. Knowledge of ERP systems is required (Oracle is a plus). High reliability and trustworthiness. Strong sense of efficiency, organization, and attention to detail. Strong curiosity and willingness to improve processes. Rigour and structure with good analytical capabilities. Diplomacy and pragmatic mindset. A valid internship agreement with a University or School is mandatory. 6-month assignment. The opportunity to join a prestigious Swiss Maison at the forefront of Haute Horlogerie and Haute Joaillerie. A 6-month internship within the Financial Controlling team, gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, business intelligence, and pricing strategy in a luxury environment. Exposure to a wide range of financial controlling activities at group level, including retail, marketing, and high jewellery divisions.
