The Corporate Strategy & Innovation team sits at the heart of global decision-making, driving transformation and strategic initiatives across the company. Support the preparation and coordination of the quarterly Performance Review Meeting process. Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects at both corporate and business unit levels. Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform key strategic decisions and help present findings to relevant stakeholders. Provide support in facilitating strategic workshops and planning sessions with leadership teams. Support business unit innovation project teams throughout the innovation process lifecycle, from opportunity ideation and customer needs identification to launch preparation and market monitoring. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's program in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field. First practical experience in strategy, innovation, consulting, or project management is a plus. Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset, proactive and structured working approach, and ability to work independently as well as in a team. International outlook and strong interpersonal skills. Multilingual skills are a strong advantage; English is required. Opportunity to work on innovative tasks with direct exposure to Clariant's senior leadership. Qualified support and mentoring throughout the internship. Onsite role at Clariant's Global Headquarters in Pratteln, Switzerland. Internship duration of 5 to 6 months, ideally starting September or October 2026, with alternative start dates available upon agreement.
