With offices in Zürich and Belgrade, Cloud IB operates at the intersection of AI, data, and M&A. Support and review AI-powered target searches and market mapping. Understand client requirements and help deliver best-in-class insights to leading private equity firms, advisors, and corporates. Research and gain insights into companies, sectors, and investment themes. Help build and continuously improve the AI-driven M&A platform. Ensure the quality and accuracy of company data to support client deal teams. Help identify attractive acquisition targets and investment opportunities. Fluent in German and English. Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a closely related field is required. Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with company and market data. Curious, ambitious, and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Valid authorization to work in Switzerland. This is a chance to work where the future of M&A is being built. You will work directly with private equity and advisory clients, gaining exposure to multiple industries, clients, and deal situations while learning how AI is transforming target search and deal origination. If there is a strong mutual fit, the internship may lead to a permanent full-time position at Cloud IB.
