This trainee role is based in Zurich at the Prime Tower and offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive insight into company management and contribute to strategic initiatives in a fast-growing blockchain and fintech environment. Support senior management with organizational and administrative tasks. Plan, coordinate, and book business travel including flights, hotels, transfers, and visas. Administer and reconcile travel costs and expenses. Manage calendars and coordinate meetings. Prepare for meetings, workshops, and events. Support correspondence with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare regular management reports and presentations. Compile and analyze key business metrics. Support the preparation of decision-making materials. Maintain and update dashboards and reports. Research and consolidate market and competitor insights. Prepare and follow up on strategy and management meetings. Create presentation materials for senior management. Take minutes and track agreed actions. Participate in strategic projects and special assignments. Support coordination of cross-functional initiatives. Currently pursuing or completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field. Previous practical experience is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
