The Turnaround and Restructuring Services team sits within the Performance Improvement and Restructuring practice and works closely with experts from legal, tax and regulatory services to deliver tailored solutions to clients facing operational and financial challenges. Support the core team in addressing client challenges with practical, hands-on solutions including performance improvement, strategic option analyses, managed exits, refinancings and legal entity consolidations. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and develop actionable insights. Draft input to client reports such as status updates and restructuring options, and prepare financial analyses for shareholders, financing institutions and regulators. Help project-manage timelines, costs, resources and deliverables, and track progress. Contribute to business development activities and quality and risk procedures. Share ideas, enthusiasm and investigative insights to drive projects forward and take ownership of individual deliverables. Master's degree or close to completion of an advanced academic programme with a focus on finance, banking, business administration, accounting, economics or law. At least 1 year of work experience in strategy, transformation, transaction services, management consulting or a similar field at consultant level. Fluency in German and English with knowledge of financial terminology; additional languages, preferably French, are a plus. Strong ability to understand and communicate complex matters clearly. Good understanding of financial statements and confidence working in Excel and PowerPoint. Open-minded approach to integrating AI into day-to-day work. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, international teams under high-pressure conditions. A friendly, collaborative and international work environment at Deloitte's Zurich office.
