The team specialises in how to structure, source, transform, store and consume data, working with clients across regulatory, cost and revenue pillars in sectors including Banking, Insurance, Life Science and Healthcare. Design and implement AI and data strategies and modern solutions — including data management, platforms and AI use cases — that enable clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost and revenue pillars. Provide architectural, technical and organisational thought leadership to guide complex data and AI transformations. Drive Data and AI use cases from business value concept through to production. Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project delivery and business development, expanding the internal and external network. Support business development opportunities to generate new projects. Act as a role model by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership and subject matter competence. Continuously grow knowledge across industries and share insights with Deloitte talent. Drive and motivation: passionate about building a career in AI and Data Consulting with a strong drive to learn and manage multiple activities independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing and Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to design and shape meaningful presentations. Strong conceptual capability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs and simplify complex problems. Ability to act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, communicating technical specifics clearly in written and oral forms. First practical experience with AI and analytics solutions is highly recommended. Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, including Large Language Models (LLMs), is a plus. Knowledge of data platform tools (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku) and data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus. A strong engineering or mathematics background is advantageous. Fluency in English is required; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred. First relevant experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific AI and data-driven roles is expected. Trainee candidates with limited work experience are welcome provided they are available for full-time work and not returning to school.
