The Technology Strategy & Transformation team helps organisations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance, working on some of the most complex IT challenges globally — from system replacement to full IT transformation — covering IT Strategy and Operating Model design, IT Architecture, IT Business Management, IT Agility Advisory, and IT M&A.
Work in a client-facing role on projects in key industries, such as advising a world-leading bank on establishing the largest European wealth management platform or developing a commercial strategy for a Swiss chemical company across global markets. Collaborate with clients and experienced colleagues to tackle challenging problems and develop solutions. Conduct analyses, participate in workshops and status meetings, and prepare documents and presentations. Support Chief Information Officers and their teams in designing and implementing projects to address major IT organisational challenges.
Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, and/or Engineering with strong exposure to IT topics. Relevant internships or work experience within IT consulting or an IT department of a global company. Passion for IT innovation and awareness of major technology trends such as Agile Methodology, Robotics, and Cloud. Fluency in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel regularly. Methodical working style, great attention to detail, thirst for knowledge, and ability to bring fresh perspectives to a fast-paced environment.
